Heartland of Owerri center forward, Emeka Ogbuh is looking to add to Stephen Keshi's strike force in the Super Eagles squad after honestly turning down earlier invitation to the Golden Eaglets team on the grounds that he was above the age bracket.
The 2012 Federation Cup winner with the Naze Millionaires had been called up by coach John Odigie during his reign as the U-17 national team gaffer says he can fight for a place in the senior national team.
Ogbuh had similarly turned down overtures by a players agent to cut down his age in order to get a Sporting Lisbon contract.
"I knew I was above the 17 yearsage bracket so I dint honour the invitation", Ogbuh who had his Premier League
debut in the concluded season after a move from Campos FC said.
"I was 19 years then. But when I was also invited to the Flying Eagles I said to myself that at 22 years, I cant play for the junior national team", he added.
