SEE HOW IT ALL HAPPENED HERE

QPR manager Mark Hughes
"We're all pushing to take this club to the next level. Along the way we've got to win a few Premier League games which we haven’t done as much as we would have liked at the start of the season. We knew potentially there could be a situation in termsof getting our new players to gel. We've got the potential for a good team here, we’ve just got to get that first win and that'll settle everybody down. We now have games against teams around us and they take on more significance."
"We have in recent weeks played against teams in the top half of the table and we have acquitted ourselves well without getting the points we felt we deserved. Now we are up against teams that are in and around us so they take on more significance because we need to get maximum points. We know we've got opportunities in the games we have coming up to get more points on the board andthat's our intention."
Team news
Captain Park Ji-sung has not trained all week due to a knee injury and is a major doubt. Bobby Zamora has suffered a minor hip problem and could missout, while Armand Traore is also struggling with a leg injury. Stephane Mbia starts his three-match suspension following his red card against Arsenal, while long-term absentees Fabio (hamstring) and Andrew Johnson (knee) remain sidelined.
QPR (from): Green, Cesar, Onuoha, Hill, Nelsen, Ferdinand, Bosingwa, Traore, Derry, Diakite, Park, Granero, Dyer, Taarabt, Hoilett, Faurlin, Wright-Phillips, Ephraim, Mackie, Zamora, Cisse.

Reading manager Brian McDermott
"If you make a mistake in this league you get punished. Individual errors have cost us, we haven't got away with anything. An error against Swansea [City], we didn't stay with the runner and got punished; [Dimitar] Berbatov's goal, set plays, we haveto be better at those details then we'll start keeping clean sheets. Eighteen goals in two games is amazing so let's go for a 1-0, shallwe?
"We're trying to entertain our fansand give them value for money, which is really important and we're doing that. If we do that, that's why they'll stay with every week."
Team news
Midfielder Danny Guthrie is missing because of a thigh strain. Midfielder Jem Karacan is sidelined with a knee injury that could keep him out until early December. Boss Brian McDermott has no further injury problems to contend with.
